Pay the bills

I need to pay for our house that we are renting and the electric and water bill. My live-in-partner and I are both working but he doesn't get paid for 3months now. My salary is just enough for our daily expenses. The company promises that they will pay them on the 15th of October but we need to pay for our house today because if we don't we will sleep on streets until we can get to afford to rent a new house. I also have an online business that I am using to pay my son's tuition fee and for my father's medication.
